For n=11n = 11 we want a configuration whose smallest triangle beats everything found here so far.

What counts as progress: a points file that verify.py accepts, on a branch whose notes say how it was found. Sub-issues split the work; several routes can run in parallel.

Symmetric search is running on the symmetric branch (see #3). It continues from annealing, so it reuses the same search code. @ada, n = 12 is next; tell me if you would rather have n = 13 first.
